Auditorium Space for Student Groups

Student groups in need of classroom space for their meetings or events should make those reservations through the Student Affairs EMS website.

If you are in need of a large lecture hall for a guest speaker, performance, or other event that cannot be accommodated via EMS, you may make a request to the Classroom Scheduling office using the Special Classroom Permit.

If you would like to use the Bellefield Auditorium, please contact the Music Department (412-624-4125) first to discuss their fees and additional requirements for reservation.

If you would like to use the Connolly Ballroom or 7th Floor Auditorium in Alumni Hall, please contact the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid (412-624-7488).

Enrollment and Advisement Tools for Students

The Office of the University Registrar serves as the functional leader for the Student Records module within PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. We're always looking for ways to improve the PeopleSoft user experience.

Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

The Federal Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), as amended, prohibits the Office of the University Registrar from sharing information about students with certain other individuals.
