As Associate University Registrar, Jen serves on the senior leadership team in the Office of the University Registrar. She oversees catalog and curriculum management, NCAA student eligibility and certification, and records management. She also publishes the University Academic Calendar and manages Transcripts and Certification, the office website, and technical support for hardware and software.
Jen earned a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University and a Master of Professional Writing from Chatham University. Before joining the University of Pittsburgh’s Office of the University Registrar in 2014, she served as Senior Associate Registrar at Princeton University for 10 years and University Registrar at Chatham University for seven years.
Jen is a member of the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) and the Middle States Association of Collegiate Registrars and Officers of Admission (MSACROA), where she served as President. She is also a member of the Association of American Universities (AAU) Registrars’ LEAD and ACC Registrars groups.
