Administrative Offices

Our Administrative Offices service area provides support to the University Registrar's Office, academic centers, and central offices on the Pittsburgh campus, in addition to our campuses in Bradford, Titusville, Greensburg, and Johnstown. This service area is made up of the Information Resources team, Business/Office Management team, Business/Office Manager, Associate University Registrar for Information Technology, Sr. Associate University Registrar, and University Registrar. The University Registrar's Office reports to the Provost's Office; therefore, our primary support focus is academic, although we are willing to provide support to any office or department in any way that we can.

Our Information Resources team is comprised of four Sr. Systems Analysts and one Systems Analyst. This team is managed by our Associate University Registrar for Information Technology. The Information Resources team provides functional system support for such systems as PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, 25Live, and Parchment. They also provide data request support for offices and departments throughout the University.

The University student information system is PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. The entire University Registrar's Office provides functional support for PeopleSoft; however our PeopleSoft Student Records Co-Functional Leads are housed within the Administrative Offices service area. The Associate University Registrar for Information Technology and Sr. Associate University Registrar are the PeopleSoft Co-Functional Leads and play a role in every aspect of PeopleSoft Student Records.

Our Office Management team is made up of our Business Manager and two support staffers. This team provides office support in the areas of budget management, human resources management, and office supply management. They are also the hub for Sr. Staff administrative assistance. If you need to connect with one of our Sr. Staff members, this group will assist in that process.

Four of the six Sr. Staff members reside within the Administrative Offices area. The Sr. Staff are active members of many University committees. Some of these committees include the following:

The purpose of forming the Digital Content Management Team (DCMT) is to utilize the Registrar’s Office website, University Portal, and other University websites/web applications to improve Office communications, reduce Office phone traffic, increase the availability of Office/University information, improve the focus the information provided, and improve the overall Office website user experience for potential students, current students, former students, faculty, staff, and alumni. The team charter can be found in the Administrative Offices Resources section of this page.
